Thomas Jefferson, fresh out of college, takes a job as a psychologist at a mental hospital. Alexander Hamilton is one of Thomas' patients. A high-functioning sociopath brought in to the hospital after he attempted suicide a year ago, Alexander has scared all of his past therapists away. Thomas is determined to be the first therapist to make progress with Alexander. Will he be able to "save" Alexander, or will his name be added to the list of those who failed? Is it even Alexander who needs saving?
