A timid college student, Jamee Yu, lives life peacefully in the present year 2025. That is, until Luther Reels, from the near future of 2098, accidentally drops in Jamee's backyard from the future. Surprised, Jamee takes him in and they both get to know each other. The environment in the time Luther lives in is different from the present 2025, so Jamee introduces him to the current world and takes him outside to sight see and spend time together. As weeks pass, they start to fall in love, but they both knew Luther had to return soon.

The total number of countries and nations been halved since then. The world though, was quick to adapt from being a post-war wasteland to a modern utopia. The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
