Misteri kematian Cempaka yang merupakan seorang pelajar dalam bidang seni tari disalah sebuah IPTA di Malaysia. Semenjak kematiannya, Nazmi sering bermimpi dan diganggu oleh roh tersebut. Bukan itu sahaja, pelajar-pelajar perempuan di IPTA itu juga turut diganggu oleh roh Cempaka, terutama rakan baiknya dahulu, Linda. Hampir setiap hari ada sahaja pelajar perempuan yang akan terkena histeria. Media sosial ketika itu galak melapor dan menular perkara tersebut.
          Badrol dan Aiman, dua orang penyiasat paranormal telah dipujuk oleh Nazmi (adik kepada Badrol dan pelajar disitu) untuk menyiasat apa yang sedang berlaku.
          Secara tidak sengaja hasil siasatan mereka telah mendedahkan misteri kematian Cempaka dan Puan Faridah, ibu Adam akibat daripada perbuatan jahat seorang insan yang selama ini dianggap baik.

Siapakah dalang disebaliknya? Mengapa Nazmi sering bermimpi dan diganggu oleh roh Cempaka? Dan mengapa roh itu selalu menghantui pelajar-pelajar perempuan di IPTA tersebut terutamanya Linda, rakan baiknya sendiri?
