"Then breathe. Really breathe. In and out. You're somewhere where thousands of your ancestors have stood before you, to travel between worlds. This place, it's like... it's like a leaf on the blowing winds of creation. We're all floating on it someway or another. Push yourself one way or the other and just feel."

The Great Quest has begun. Michael returned with one goal given to him by the Rays of the Light, to destroy the very soul of evil. Alex and his friends must search for the seven sources of power across all the realms. The sources could be anywhere, their numbers are thin and time grows thinner still. Alex and his friends must face daunting odds and as doubts begin to creep in, they must ask themselves the simple question, are their beliefs truly the right ones?

Loss, pain and suffering can define us if we let it. When those most human of feelings threaten to tear the group apart, Alex and his friends must overcome the darkness within if they hope to stand a chance against a foe as old as creation itself.

Lestrat the Shade is dead, but just who really holds the power of the darkness?

Waking up face down in mud sucks any day of the week. But coming around in the sludge of a strange realm...? Well, that just redefines a bad day altogether. Trapped in an unfamiliar world, sixteen-year-old Quinn is frustrated that none of the strange Tree People appreciate his urgency to get back home to earth. Now he is faced with a choice that could change the course of his life: escape and find his own way home, or stay and help them find the cause of the poison ravishing their world. When the mind-reader unlocks one of the ancient mysteries of the Tree People it points to the only way of saving them from annihilation: they have to find the Power of Light. What exactly that means, the mind-reader doesn't reveal, but his next warning comes as a shock to all present: finding the mysterious Power of Light can only be done with the help of the dangerous enemy tribe whom they once called family. Quinn soon finds himself a little more entangled in the lives of these gifted beings than he'd care to be. Especially after meeting Jazz: the feisty girl from his world who seems to be a regular visitor to the world of Zoay. To Quinn's constant frustration, the aqua-eyed pixie makes it clear that she's not there to make friends. On their journey they'll brave bizarre encounters in dangerous alien forests, while sacrificing pride and will for the survival of all. Along the way Quinn finds more than he ever thought to seek: purpose, fulfillment and love. When the Power of Light is finally found a devastating discovery is made: if all of Zoay-including their enemy-want to live and prosper, one must be willing to sacrifice their life.

"None of this makes any sense." "Have you seen our world? Most things don't." **** The small town of Lotus Valley isn't like anywhere else - not for the seven Elements, at least. Most people live their entire lives without even glimpsing the truth. But life in the valley is different for the few who see it for what it really is. When Caeden moves to the valley and discovers he has the power of fire, he knows his life is about to change. But that doesn't make it any easier. Struggling with controlling his new powers, Caeden wonders why he was given such a blazing, uncontrollable burden to bear. When fate reveals that Rowan, his only friend, has secrets too, the combination of their gifts starts to unearth some answers. But it's not enough. Only the Elements - ALL of the Elements - can set things right before a force known as Aether consumes and corrupts the entire valley. Caeden and Rowan and all of the others have no choice but to call upon something powerful and dangerous - the very thing they're fighting against - to save their extraordinary home. **I own the characters, ideas, and plot line of this series.
