What would happen under these circumstances?

This short story is based on the following prompt (competition of Wattpad Thriller)

"You have woken up in the middle of a park, not knowing how or why you are here. You discover a newspaper lying beneath you and quickly reach for it. From the printed date, you realize it is no longer 2019. You must have traveled back in time during your sleep. Chills run down your spine as you scan the front page, with the headline:
"Serial Killer Claims A New Victim"
Many things run through your mind. How do you get back to your time? And how do you explain the corpse lying several feet away from you?"
