It contains sermons, analysis, prayers, thoughts, hymns, and psalms. I do base my Christian writings on the bible and biblical teachings. This is a Christian poetry book.

When I grew into adulthood, I was so insecure about my own self-worth that I let it stop me from living the life I was supposed to live. But I outgrew all of these because I grew confident - confident of God and myself. I won't say that I've reached the perfect level of confidence but I grew up a lot. Like a tender rain... Depression : A personnal journey of healinh with Christ
While I was writing this 70-pages of personnal journey (sorry about the lenght !), I asked myself: If I were still in that deeply depressed place- Would I have followed it all the way through to the end? My honest answer: Probably not. Even if i wanted so bad to heal. If you don't feel ready right now, save this and come back later. Don't let this become the 15th book on depression that you start and never finish. This will only spiraling down, and that's not the point. I'm a young Black woman and a Christian who battled with depression for many years. I often felt lost-emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I struggled to identify what I was feeling, understand where it came from, and find support that truly resonated with both my faith and my identity. The Ramblings of A Sometimes Psychopath
This is a book I wrote to my future grandchildren that is full of short stories about my life and the lessons I learned along the way. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 1 with psychotic episodes when I was 37 years old. I want my grand children to hear my stories from my point of view. In this book, I talk about my childhood abuse and trauma. I talk about how I have healed from them. I talk about how my mother-in-law tried to poison me on my wedding night even though I was about 8 months pregnant. I talk about how my religious ideations during my episodes caused me to stop praying to Jesus, to stop being a Christian, and to become spiritual instead of religious. I talk about the revelations and visions I had during my mania and psychosis so my future grandkids can look into my mind to see what I was going through at the time. I was built by trauma and laughter. I am looking for some constructive criticism, but I have had enough negativity in my life and so have you. Please be kind.Complete
