Frank is not your average sixteen year old. He drinks, he smokes, and his only friends are in their twenties. He lives with his Mom, who is never home, and his Dad left a long time ago. Gerard is not your average twenty one year old. He drinks, he smokes, he does drugs, and he has no friends. He lives with his younger brother, Mikey, who goes to school with Frank. After meeting under unusual circumstances, the two become close, closer then they originally anticipated.
