"I know we will grow, and we will change. We already have. I know that life has many paths, but ours have already crossed, so why do you want them to separate? I know that in this generation, love has become something that is lost more than found. I know that I don't believe in much, but I believe in us, and isn't that enough?"

.

Kenzie's life can only be described by one color; black.

Demi's life, with her myriad of money, awards, amazing family members, and everything she's ever wanted, would probably be seen as gold.

But despite their differences, Kenzie and Demi have several things in common, like their strange love for long, complicated words and the fact that they're both hiding who they really are.

Their most important similarity, however, can be summerized with just one word.

Philocaly.

The love of beauty.

After leaving an abusive and mentally draining relationship Brittany decides to dedicate her life to her and her daughter Aria, but what she didn't expect was to meet Jazmine Johnson a self-made billionaire who has spent her life rebuilding her community despite the many challenges that were set in place to restrict her. When they meet Brittany decides to dodge Jazmine like any other person, but Jazmine's persistent nature makes it hard to do so leaving them to begin something that would change their lives forever. This union comes with many trials as their pasts, presents and futures intertwine weighing on their already present problems, as Brittany deals with her trust issues concerning Jazmine as well as her ability to be vulnerable, and Jazmine battles with the effects of the seeds she has planted. - "It's you" She announced softly "So I did do something?" I asked thinking back, trying to figure out what exactly. "You're doing everything right" She confessed leaving realization to stand in my mind. "And that scares you?" I asked but it sounded more like a statement, nonetheless, she still gave me a small nod to confirm my words. "What's your fear when it comes to us?" I asked softly. "That you'll hurt me, lie, cheat, change" She replied her voice small and I could tell each word she said held a memory. "I won't, and I know that's hard for you to believe because of past experiences but I'll prove it, we can move at whatever pace you want to,"

The World Order had started a war with DNA. Many troops were sent to casual cities to murder each and everyone with the gene. The gene that had only occurred a few decades ago. It was seen as a disease, a mistake of mankind, a sign of evil. Due to fear of the unknown and the appearing racism in the several states throughout the world, its population had turned against the innocent. Those innocents were given the name 'The Careless Ones' and all they could do was flee, pray, and roam with the never-to-be-answered question why their skin was being intruded by growing amounts of blue spots. Selena soon learned to understand she had to flee from her Careless-hating father and the troops after several spots had appeared on her jaw. She met Demi, who had been covered in spots for as long as she could remember. Her only goal was to protect her little sister who had received the same fate. Selena and Demi found love, realizing the only thing that brought them together were those very same blue spots.
