24 year old psychologist Aris Bailey, is assigned to work at the prestigious Moontide West Mental Institute, analysing and assisting a group of 16 patients. He has four groups, each containing the four most troublesome patients from each dorm. He has to make it through the many twists and turns of this crazy institute and make it through the year.
