My Savior
Surviving a rough life with an abusive boyfriend and almost continuous fighting at home is hard. I keep everything to myself and to top it off I have so much stress. Formally: I'm a Vampire he's a Werewolf and yes were twins. Years ago there was a mysterious murder. A young girl surrounded by animals all drained of their blood. The only thing they all had in common was the puncture wounds on their necks. Fast forward to the present day a pair of twins are in high school. One is a vampire with a blank space where her childhood memories should be and the other is a werewolf who wishes he was anything else. Both want what anyone else wants in life: normalcy, but this maybe the closest to normal that they'll get.Complete

"Cora..." I say with an annoyed tone. I throw her arms off my waist, and grab a hold of Claire's hand. She gives Claire a distasteful look then looks at me. "Couldn't you find a better date?" I walk to her, letting go of Claire's hand and I close the distance between Cora and I. I grab a hold of her arm and feel the bones crush underneath my hand. I feel Claire grab a hold of my arm, but I don't respond to her. "If you ever talk about my date like she isn't in the room, or even if you say what you said again, I will snap your neck. Now, run along." I say letting go of her arm. She gives me a look of hatred then scurries away. I find Claire's body with one of my hands and I feel her engulf me with her arms. "Please don't do that again." She says softly. A family of Vampires? Can they endure the craziness that follows the girl that they saved? Will the family be able to protect her, or will they be too late to save a girl that can change their life forever?Complete

Secrets and lies were never a part of my life. Until, that is, I met him. Then, everything changed. Or, maybe things were always messed up, and meeting him just brought clarity to the obvious. He says we're meant to be together, but I don't even know who I am anymore. He says he will always protect me, but he doesn't understand the pain that I've faced in my life. Werewolves used to be the villains in fantasy that I read growing up. The wolf who chased after Red. The wolf who blew down the little pigs' houses. My Short Life
I didn't think about how I would cease to live. I always just thought about family and being myself and just going on with life without a care in the world. I just wanted to spend the last moment I had with that special person in my life, but I guess that will never happen. I have always wanted an anniversary since I was a little girl, and now that I had a chance to get one, I couldn't show up.
