Izuku Midoriya, a kid who was born in a world where powers , or quirks, lived. as he was on his way to the park he saw his "best friend" , or so he thought, using his quirk on a little girl the had no quirk yet. Izuku ,knowing him, went to help the poor girl and thats when he discovered his use of a new over powered quirk! join him in his adventure to become the number one Pro Hero!
