In Alternative Universe, Academic City was destroyed after a war between magic and science. The war was last until 2 year and Academic City fall to the magical side. Most of the esper was killed. Only a few of esper survived the war. Some of the magician that supporting the academic city also had been killed or saved by Esper.
One person who was an magician got send to another universe to ask help. Will she got the help she needed to defeat the leader of the magician or she fail and the world destroyed? Find out in this story

Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm.
