Miguel was born in a household of villains. Unlike many other villains his family was the weakest of the weakest in the elite "Villain Hours" headquarters. In order to gain respect his family decide to put him in a trail where the evilest of evil people are born. In order to control his new found power he had a bracelet on his left ankle. It would automatically stop his powers if he tried attacking his future wife. The "Villain Hours" headquarters wanted to keep the number of villains increasing. However, that was extremely rare and so they are partnered with someone from the start and their partnership will only stop if they find their perfect future wife. It is said they will spawn a great evil villain of their century. Miguel becomes powerful and one day while attacking hero's his power stops when he encounters Emilia, a superhero, and not just any regular hero... number 1 in "Mighty Hero's" the most elite headquarters.
