Nora's lived on the island all her life--catching food, doing experiments, keeping what she considers a safe distance away from the Wolf. Then he starts acting weird. Right in the middle of working on figuring out the problem, she falls asleep. Genex wakes up with barely any memory of anything from his 13 years of life. All he knows is that he's got a pet saber-tooth tiger named Fluffy, his mom is dead, and that he's got a girl named Nora in his head (when he's really not supposed to). He woke up to the Aregonian gods, Osires and Zios, telling him about training and his future and staying away from Pantheos, the Aregonian god of the underworld. But everything they tell him to do, Nora says the opposite. Everything they say, Nora hints that they're lying to him. Unsure of what to think, and with Nora continuously telling him to simply "look deeper" and "wait a little longer", Genex decides he needs to find the answer, and he needs to find the answer now. -> This story can also be found in To Be a Writer, but I wanted to publish it seperately as well. :)Complete

White was given to an organization right after she was born, she was a mutant of her own kind, she was known as 72. Growing up from that place until she was five, she never knew anything else except for avoid the needles, avoid the people in white coats and to stay strong. The day she turned five though, was the day everything changed. One kind guard set her free, she felt like a bird, she felt like she could fly and soar through the sky, to forget everything that happened in her past. She did for a while, but of course everything caught up to her. A year passed and White still remembered everything. From the smallest detail of the day. She was only six, on that day, exactly a year after she was able to escape from the Border, the only person that cared for her was killed, she was caught. If you doubt your writing skills, read this book. It'll make you feel better, trust me. I wrote this when I was in sixth grade, and now I can't even get through the first chapter without cringing. Okay, here we go: ------------- Before I tell you my story, I have something to tell you. My twin sister, Fern, and I, we are special. Not the kind of special like we are the best at an instrument or we know more facts about something than anyone else. We are so special that our connection is something that only happens every million years. we also inherited something random from our adopted mom that makes us SUPER special. To find another of us would take over a hundred-million years. You have to promise to not tell anyone though. If you do, scientists will come for us by the thousands. We would be put on public display where millions would flock around to get a mere glimpse of us and what makes us special. Scientists and genetic experts on many grounds would put us in cages. They would come and force us to be part of painful, tiring experiments. This already happened once, we don't want it to happen again. If you promise not to tell anyone, I'll tell you. Fern and I have the ability to communicate with each other and other telepathic people without moving our mouths over long distances. And... We have fire and ice powers.Complete

I have a secret that I don't share with most. I've been swept up into something bigger than anything I could ever imagine, and now I'm involved with more than just this one world.
