(BEING REWRITTEN) An Opera Ghost- A Phantom of the Opera Fan Fiction
((Currently, I am rewriting this story to fit my current writing style, given this was written when I was in high school and I am in college now. Hunter in the Dark
Raoul's older sibling returns to Paris and is instantly fascinated by the Phantom, Erik in turn is just annoyed to have one more de Chagny in the picture. The choices have been made. Erik let Christine and Raoul go. A falling chandelier caused a fire. The Opera Garnier went up in flames. Christine and Raoul try to get out of the opera as quickly as possible. Due to one impulsive decision, the engaged couple were separated by fire. With that, Christine was stuck in the burning opera house. Erik, suspecting that his beloved was left at the opera, does not hesitate and returns to find and save her. Because of one decision, their fates became entangled again. Will Erik fight to win Christine's heart? Can Christine forgive her Angel of Music years of lies and manipulation? In mere moments, Erik grasped Christine by the waist and pulled her under his protective dark cloak. There, pressed against his chest he moved into the shadows of the wings, Christine blinked at the sudden darkness, grasped Erik's firm arm around her waist with her hands, then struggled to see what was happening through the thick folds of his cloak.
