This is an AU where we are in medieval times. 

Sapphire is a young girl who lost her family in a war. Her and her friends managed to escape without being noticed. They have been working together as a family of sorts to stay alive. She is secretly the princess of the Fire Kingdom and hopes to keep that quiet. 

Meanwhile, Ruby, prince of the Water Kingdom, has been told to go find a wife or him father will force him to marry his choice. He has been unsuccessful as either the princess has someone or he can't stand them. No matter what him or his dad does! So he asks his dad to create a ball so that he can see more choices. 

What will happen when the duo meet?

Will the other kingdom interfere?
