A stand alone Romantic Suspense Novel.

Mistakes can change lives, or end them.
Two strangers have a connection to one dangerous man. Their circumstances are totally different. Technically, Bruce is his son (a fact he detests). Sharon, however, has never met the man-in this life. Her knowledge comes from a recurring nightmare and a memory machine capable of delving into past-life memories. Fate takes control when she goes in search of more answers and meets Bruce. This leads to a bridge of discovery, as well as attraction that moves like a nor'easter for each of them. When he discovers the trail of murders his father has committed, also threatens Sharon, he is determined to keep her safe. Before long, the FBI becomes involved, a secret agent from some powerful men they've never met, and a plan from the brilliant doctor who has a plan to stop the madness. This story is filled with twists, turns, and a swoon worthy romance.

Once upon a time, Rose Laurence told herself that happiness was only a smile away. Her ruby red grin has kept her heart safe until a devastating phone call tears that mask away. Now she feels cheated, never having the chance to know her father. But for the first time in twenty-one years, Rose is ready to step out of her daydreams and face the past her mother ran away from. Her welcome into a new town is less than pleasant, particularly from her father's widow, but that won't stop this dreamer. The road to self-discovery may be filled with many thorns, but Rose is determined to stay for the summer, especially when a certain gorgeous country boy awakens her every desire. Austen Phillips was raised to be a perfect gentleman. Or at least he tries to be. Hardworking, honest, and fiercely loyal, Austen keeps his promises, at least to the one man who was there for him when he needed it most. But when a gorgeous newcomer arrives in town, Austen falls hard and fast. Her sweet trusting nature mixed with wild passion has him sizzling hotter than the summer sun, and Austen begins to realize that there are some promises he might not want to keep. However, there is more than Austen's integrity at stake when lies and betrayals shake the sleepy town awake, and Rose is forced to face the truth of her father's past. ---This is Book 2 of the Ever After Series. The plot completely stands alone, however, it does give away a few spoilers for Book 1, Tame the Beast---

Country Girl at Heart

19 parts Complete

After being caught, tried and arrested for a crime she didn't do; Lexi Hunter has a choice. It's either Juvie or spend the summer on her dad's ranch working off her probation. Should be an easy pick, right? Only problem is, she hasn't seen or spoken to her dad in ten years. The last time she saw him was through a car window as her mom drove them and all their possessions away to go live a normal, busy, eccentric lifestyle in New York. So basically, being back at a place she used to call home with a man she can't muster the respect for to actually call 'dad', is a prison sentence in itself. Lexi is determined to hate and ridicule everything about her situation. Wanting nothing more than to get the summer over with so she can go back to real life. That all changes when she meets Dawson Priest; the ranch hand who she is forced to work side by side with. His optimistic, simple, almost eloquent outlook on life, the world, and the small town ranch life in general sparks her to see things from his perspective and may even challenge her enough to mend the strained relationship with her dad. This is a story of self discovery, personal growth, a steamy cowboy fling, and learning the importance of forgiveness. This simple, small town life may not seem as much of a jail sentence by the end of the summer. Who knows, maybe Lexi turns out to be a country girl at heart after all.
