After a night of partying and regret, Amelia's parents left her to raise her fatherless son, Aiden, all by herself because they had a disappointment of a daughter.
With the help of her best friend and neighbours' mother, she still goes to school and makes a living as an 18 year-old mom.
Her childhood best friend, Luke Hemmings, comes home from touring world wide. When she meets the rest of the band, she starts to remember parts of the past, and her Amnesia slowly fades away.
