And the process of life begins with growing pains. Vera starts to doubt everything for the first time in her life, outside the boundaries of her privileged life. She's introduced into the real world and its problems that never had seemed to be there. She begins to recognize that she hadn't even noticed the lives of the closest people to her, her best friend, her boyfriend, her parents and not even Conrad. CONRAD: The hottest addition to North Pines Prep. The typical badass guy with a sad background. He's got secrets but he's willing to share, especially with Vera who's princess life grabs his attention. Except can they really be called secrets if no one just ever noticed them? ARIN: Vera's best friend since birth and not yet labeled "boyfriend". He's always been there for Vera, waiting and caring for her. Will she finally realize he's here to stay or will someone else swoop in at better timing. And will Arin even care at the end? With his own things going on? JACKIE: Vera and Arins closest friend. She's always been seen as the crazy party girl. The one constantly in failed relationships, with a "Great" life. What about her, how did she even afford such a prestigious school? Will she be tired of everyone's drama? But what happens when the painful reality breaks Vera and everyone she loves? What happens when everything becomes too much and you begin to doubt everything and everyone you know? Add Vera, her parents, her best friend, her boyfriend and Conrad into the mix, well, you gotta hella a lot of problems. That involves too much male testosterone, drama and love, enough to create a reality tv show. Will life tear them apart until they can't take it no more, will Vera's oppressive family and insecurity push her to the limit? Or is Conrad McAllen right? Is it really okay to just break down?

Dear Olive, I hate you. I hate that you were born and that your human and have a face. I hate that you live next door to me and I hate that I can't sleep at night because the thought of you has forever left a vivid image creased in the back of my mind. And most of all, I hate that you hate me. Hate, Everest Since the first grade when Olivia Kingston and her family moved in right across the street from Kyle Everest, he had believed to have instantly hated her. (At least thats how he tells the story) And maybe it was just because of the mere fact of her existence, or maybe it was that time she ate the last fruit snack at lunch, or let's not forget, in fifth grade she stole his partner in crime, being his twin sister Madeline. Now being 17 years old Kyle Everest still holds this unknown resentment against his next door neighbor Olivia Kingston, and torches her in any possible way he can, but what would happen when Olivia finally gets sick of letting Kyle torcher her unexplainably? Everything would change in the matter of one day when Olivia accidentally gets them both locked in the principals office in search of the same thing: The truth. But while staying together in a cramped room with no phones and surviving off nothing but the secret stash of their principal, while the entire schools is off on spring break, secrets will be told and feeling will unravel. And let's not forget, hate letters will be sent. This book may seem light and fun but it has some mature scenes and dark thoughts that I'd suggest for viewers 16+
