So. I took issue with how smeyer treated my boy, as many of us have, and I took it upon myself to re-write the series from Jacob's POV and fix some of the problems I had. This is basically a head canon of how I would write twilight, were I ever given such a job, which I would like to clarify; nobody asked for this. JacobxBella AU where Jake imprints but it's sorta... different? I suck at summaries. Cross-posted on ffn.

I always hated the part in Twilight where the wolves imprint on children so I decided to write an alternate version where that just doesn't happen. It's creepy and I hate it. That being said: KR hasn't stepped foot in Forks since she was 5 years old. After struggling on the east coast against her abusive boyfriend, she flees to her hometown where she learns maybe not everything is how it seems. (Of course it's not lol). Despite her quick befriending of local hottie Jacob Black and the strange residents of Forks, demons of Kara's past might not be ready to let go. We're going to find out what's worse: bark or bite.
