Selene isolates Kris Straub's web series from the fictional interconnected universe in which it takes place, into a fan-made novelization of the events. Any canonical updates and connections to Straub's fictional universe will be disregarded in favor of this dramatic novelization within its own, closed universe.

Mankind has broken the radio silence of the infinite galaxies within the universe, polluting the vacuum of space in ways we cannot comprehend. In hopes to bring an end to the selfish race of mankind, local broadcasts are hijacked by a foreign force to manipulate and end mankind through themselves. When all else fails, the foreign force begins to corrupt our moon and turn the inanimate satellite into a sentient, living, breathing Eldritch creation.

Post Plague Kidnapping - Published! di vblawnola
8 parti Completa
It's been five years since the plague struck. Leah knows there are other survivors, but she's avoiding them. She is doing just fine on her own. Surviving after everyone she knew died has made her physically strong and honed her intelligence, but she is emotionally devastated. There is nothing to fear if you don't make yourself emotionally vulnerable. James has spent the last five years helping to build up a colony of survivors. He believes in the small town they have populated and its mission to save humanity from extinction. He and his small team of men find scattered people and bring them in. Over the last two centuries, women have fought for and won more and more rights, gaining equality with men. Society, law, and technology bolsters and enforces these rights, but now they are gone. Women's equality with men is over. There are just too few of them. They aren't lesser but greater, more important, more valuable than men. Men are expendable. Men can stay outside alone if they like, but all women must be brought inside the safety of the Colony and properly taken care of. James has been searching the area Leah lives in. Her time of solitude is up. Leah sparks something in James he's never felt before. He's not letting this one get away, certainly not twice. Warning: Contains sex, some violence, occasional foul language, and adult issues. Genre: Science Fiction, Romance, Post-apocalyptic, Dark romance Length: 84,468 words This book has been published on Amazon. The first ten chapters will be updated to what you get in the published novel and will remain here, so you can try before you buy.

With the natural world crumbling around her, Melissa Hawthorne must venture into the bizarre and unsettling Zone 17, where she discovers a creature that holds the key to resisting the spreading spore colony ravaging the land outside her country, Ravensmantle. Driven by a desperate need to save what's left of humanity, Melissa must confront her own traumatic past and the unsettling realization that the world she once knew has been fundamentally reshaped by forces beyond her understanding. As she tracks the creature by it's trails of spore resistant seeds and flowers, Melissa is forced to question the very nature of existence, facing the chilling possibility that the sky itself has been irrevocably changed. Something is horribly wrong, even in an apocalyptic world of anomalies. As if the world itself lost all interest in sustaining humanity, those left behind outside the walls of Ravensmantle consumed by dark growths that poison the earth. They pray to it, trying to call upon it. Their cries for their God go unheaded like the rest of the planet. Nature is fine. Humanity isn't. Some look at the sky to watch the Black Moon follow its own orbit. Some watch the sky, wondering where the sky went. Some look in the mirror, wondering where their humanity had gone. She wondered where it all went so horribly wrong. Inspired by works such as the Southern Reach series and Annihilation (Film) by Jeff Vandermeer. Various works of HP Lovecraft, and The Broken Earth series by N.K. Jamison.
