Samantha Price was abandoned by her father at the age of fifteen when he left to join a punk rock band as the new drummer. Disappointed and longing for her father, Samantha begins to write letters to send to his apartment in Boston, Massachusetts.
With 43 letters left unresponsive and ignored, Samantha reaches the age of eighteen and sets off on a hunt for her father.
On her journey, she meets the charming runaway, Nicholas Quill, who may just know a thing or two about her father's whereabouts.
