A Drunken Mistake

I should’ve known he was toxic from the beginning. Ever since he came up to me in the club.
“Hey baby”
“Hey handsome” I slur; but me being drunk out of my mind I couldn’t tell left from right
“Wanna get out of here and have some fun” he whispers in my ear
“Lead the way” Those three words changed my life forever. I was stuck in something I didn’t want to be in with an ass, If only I wasn’t drunk and if only I trusted my instincts I wouldn’t be stuck in this mess. It all started with one stupid drunken mistake
