Selene Iries Krauss Coulter was raised with a lot of mysteries running through her head about the things she can do. She was always thirsty... for answers.

Until one day, she met someone whom she thought could possibly provide her details about what she truly is.

What choice can she make? Not being a surface dweller. For them, she is a monster. Not the dark borns, to them she's a weapon that can be used to end innocent lives. Not the light bearers. There, she's an enemy. A trespasser that should have never been born.

She is the reason for her parents' death. Their foolish bravery.

They gave birth to a child who the prophecy foretold and everyone knows about, EXCEPT FOR HER.

Cover by the brilliantly talented @amxnaah "This is chaos. And not the good kind of chaos. The 'let me go die in a hole' kind of chaos." "Oh calm down. It's not that bad. The boys aren't even here to stab anything." Clary Fairchild wasn't the only daughter of Jocelyn Fairchild and Valentine Morgenstern-just the only known one. She has a twin sister named Everest who's not exactly your average person. She hates sitting in chairs and stools for reasons unknown to her family, she's got purple hair, she's chaotic neutral-chaotic good at best-and she's had ties to the Shadow World since she was 4 years old. Unknowingly of course. But they were there. Seelie friends, vampires who are like brothers, and Shadowhunter besties. Now Everest and Clary are 18 and they're about to have one rollercoaster of a world thrown at them. While Clary pins after Jace and deals with everything involving that mess, Everest deals with an absurd amount of chaos. She has to deal with people going in and out of her life in ways she never thought possible, a new world that she thought she'd only ever read or write about, a sister who has little to no common sense when it's needed, and she's crushing on two guys who just so happen to be crushing on each other as well as her. But, to top it all off, Everest Fairchild has ADHD and is having a hard time keeping up with everything and keeping herself from having an Emotional Overload in the middle of the Institute or worse-lose herself to her own chaos.

Clary Fairchild was to be protected by Mayla Stonehart. Years of hiding her true identity made Mayla live in fear every day and look over her shoulder at every turn. To avoid being found by the Circle. The young redhead gets thrown back into the Shadow World when she finds Clary bumping into a tatted blonde outside a club on the day of the girl's 18th birthday. Meeting new friends and using all the skills she was taught. She saw the opportunity to do something good. When the world, she thought she loved, starts to move too fast, she falls behind. Leaving her to drown in shit she could never understand. All of her childhood was spent being lied to, manipulated, and controlled, so when her past comes back to haunt her, all she wants is answers to a list of questions that only grew with each step she took in her new life. Shadowhunters | Season One Alec Lightwood x female OC Exetremely unedited (You've been warned.) I do not own the Shadowhunters series. I only own Mayla's character and storyline. All rights to Cassandra Clare and the amazing people who brought us such an incerdible show.
