The end of the world for us happened in 2021... it's now 6020, hundreds of years later. The virus made people scared so before all humans died so they gene spliced with animals that the virus didn't effect and had a grand old time... the most successful ones were created from the owl and dragonfly, a dominant gene. Some decide fish that... came up much worse but still worked pretty well. The last gave up and gene spliced with dead animals... that resulted in a successful experiment in only one person, but that was enough to create an entire race... No more humans just sub-humans. Not that different but the main difference is, they know where they go where they die... at least for the last 150 years... but something has gone very very wrong.

My life was supposed to be normal. You're born, raised by good parents, go to school, make friends, graduate, get a job. Evil doppelganger, lost soul just trying to fit in, or the only friend who truly understands her?
