The city of South Park can be quite deceiving to those around it, for truly, it is not as quiet and "small-town" as it seems. While the liveliness of the night continues to roar on, on the outskirts of the city, a bigger issue unfolds. OR Coon and friends suddenly have actual serious life and death choices in their hands when faced with a mysterious tape that holds more consequences than they may expect.
