A war has started with two races. Shigai, the necrotic humanoids. And the humans.

This was written as part of a self-imposed, write by the seat of my pants 61 day challenge that started October 1st and ended on November 30th of 2015. The objective was to finish the story in time for December 1st of 2015 and post one page of it everyday in whatever form it was in once the time arrived with as much editing that could possibly be done under such tight time constraints. Please keep this in mind as you go through the story. It also doubled as a concept testing ground. ----- Seven people from varying backgrounds find themselves in the midst of a war none of them wanted to be involved with. A hoard of Amazons is tearing the world inside out, in hopes of purging the male gender and any woman who stands to support or hide them in their wake. In an alternate Earth where creatures of varying types roam and magic is a source of power, these seven make their way to face the enemy head on and attempt to end this war of the sexes started by the Phoenix Queen, Nebu Umbrage. The race is on to stop the carnage before it gets too far...or try to at least soften the blow.Complete
The Apocalypse
The ice deep in the north has melted to reveal a new world hidden under the ice. It holds vegetation and animals that seem unworldly when compared to ours, but hidden in the deepest part of this world is another cave with the oldest surviving strains of an ancient bacteria capable of taking host of dead creatures and reanimating them into beasts worse than before. This strain had grown weak over the ages and was nearly extinct, but the human immune system, never being exposed to this, caused the strain to thrive inside its new unexpecting host and spreads out to the world. It starts small, just a speck on the hands of a few people, but soon, it spreads to door handles, pens, books, chairs, things like that. It continues spreading and now has infected its first corpse, the remains of an ant. This new creature comes and spreads to that ant's nest and then to the animals that eat them. Before less than a month passed, the virus had spread to a graveyard in the hidden grottos of the Yukon. This virus, now able to think from the new minds of fresh bodies, can strategize. In only another week, the epidemic had spread to the northern edge of the United States. Spreading further and further in, people began to notice this strange happening. From people disappearing to entire towns popping out of existence, the bacteria continued to spread. To keep order, the governments had those who disappeared erased from existence, but it wasn't enough. The takeover of those long gone happened in less than three weeks and society collapsed. Spreading overseas, it began its removal of life in Europe, but that's a story for another day. We now come to those few remaining settlements in the collapsed U.S, now called The Crumbled Land. What does this new land hold hidden deep in the remnants of its former glory?Complete

It was unfortunate when Tanjiro twisted his ankle but Nezuko was all too willing to take the charcoal to town in his place. She returns home to a blood-covered scene that makes no sense. Hi there, I'm JD, a 31-year-old Venezuelan-Spanish Economist living in Barcelona with my Russian (pro-peace) wife Anna and our two kittens; we met in Italy eight years ago, and almost since then we have been working on this project. During our careers we've worked with people from South America to Japan, from Australia to Canada, from South Africa to Norway, the characters in the novel are based on people I was lucky enough to meet along the way who left me with invaluable lessons which we feel the duty and privilege of sharing with our fellow humans, hopefully sharing what cosmologists call "Space Bias". There are seven main protagonists each one with their own chapter - which can be read in whichever order you prefer, - two of them in present tense and the rest in past, it's all part of the story. They all have mixed backgrounds such as a Japanese father and a Taiwanese mother, a survivor of the Rwanda massacre, a Colombian with Lebanese and Portuguese ancestry, a Danish whose mother is German, a Jewish lady married to a Muslim man she met in Jerusalem, an Anglo-Indian guy inspired in a way in Orwell - character name is Arthur such as Orwell's real name, - and last but definitely not least a Turkish Muslim bisexual woman for which a Lebanese friend for work is providing help; my friend is working on her Ph.D. on gender inequality in politics, especially in countries with religious civil wars that have moved from the streets to parliament. The story's Universe - 7 trillion light-years, approximately 78 times the size of our observable universe and 252 times the size of a Hubble sphere - provides more than enough civilizations to present dystopias that can serve as warnings for the future - ideally in the style of 1984, A Brave New World, or Fahrenheit 451, - as well as utopias where we find A.E.I - Artificial Emotional Intelligence - along with futuristic ways of understanding childhood, education, and life itself.Complete

Darkness blanketed the Shinobi World--whether from greed or grief depended on who was telling the story. Corruption rose. Death followed. Evil wore the skin of loved ones. Time was running out. And their last hope was none other than the Shinobi Worlds most notorious criminal. The hero couldn't save them, and the villain simply wouldn't. They were doomed from the start. --------- I did change the title bc it was always originally going to be named "Perfect World" instead of "This Dark, Reanimated Heart of Mine" or "Dark, Reanimated Love" and after changing so many things and following behind on posting I'm just going to leave everything as I originally planned

FIRST STORY, so we all know it's just sound like: ☺️🔫 This story is about a little 5'3 boy, who doesn't have the best reputation in school-...(by 'best' I mean IT SUCKS MAD!). But anyways, Muichiro's school is just FULL of assholes, you wouldn't even know who to even make eye contact with, and most of them go after Muichiro, for god knows what. Anyways, Every year for valentines days, it just feels like it's getting more and more...'intense' we will call it, and it's kinda driving Muichiro to blow the whole school up, if he could. Muichiro never EVER! Had an interest in romantic relationships. No matter if the person was nice or rich or caring, he just never saw a vision with him and an another person in a 2 person relationship, for the rest of his life. Although- history has happened, and a boy named Tanjiro somehow caught his eye, then all the others....Why's that? Read more to see what happens, unless you don't want to. IT'S FINE BY ME! Mankind has developed superpowers known as "Quirks"; this is the power the vast majority possesses, those who do not, are being discriminated against and looked down on. Indeed, villains have the superpower, too and want to rebuild the world for it to look the way they see it. However, a prestigious school known as the The Hero Academy trains its students for them to become heroes and to help those who have less powerful Quirks, or those who do not have them at all, as well as to stand against the plans of the villains. The series focuses on a middle school student Izuku Midoriya, who has no superpowers. Will he be able to become a hero and somehow to contribute to the peace and stability in the world, where the weak is the minority that needs to be defended. - The appearance of "quirks," newly discovered super powers, has been steadily increasing over the years, with 80 percent of humanity possessing various abilities from manipulation of elements to shape-shifting etc. The 20 percent of mankind who do not possess a power are called "quirkless", and are usually looked down on upon the supernatural community. Academies across the globe train their students to learn to fight crime with their powers. Izuku Midoriya, a boy born without any powers, dreams of being able to become a super hero too, but gets bullied for his unrealistic dreams.
