Pain

You and your lover are taken and have to inflict pain onto the other person until Unknown is satisfied. If you refuse because you would never want to inflict pain on your special person then you feel pain. You are given a shock for every 1 minute that passes without the person inflicting pain. The more you refuse the more you get shocked and the voltage increases. You have a 30 minute time window, which means at a minimum the person is inflicting 30 wounds. They start out harmless but what happens as they increase in intensity. What happens when you can't take it anymore?
