Elise Rose Petersen is a shy girl. Everyone in towns knows it. She is loved by everyone she meets, especially those who are also friends with her sister Elliot Josie. Elise has always had a passion for music and her dream is to compose endless songs for orchestras and movies, even if she struggles to do so.

Hugo Levi Williams is the complete opposite of Elise. He's tall, built like a mountain of muscle and confident. But he's also very angry, all the time. In fact, he has just been expelled from his old school thanks to an enormous fight. As such, he had no choice but to enroll at Elise's school.

Now, these two will collide in ways no one thought possible.
