Fenrys is lonely.
He is afraid.
He is broken
And all of his friends are happy and safe. They are ready to embark upon new adventures.
But Fenrys is still stuck in the past, longing for times that have long gone by, and lands that have been burnt to ash by his queen.
He took the blood oath, and he is loyal to Aelin, now and forever. But first...
First, he needs to learn once again how to live.
So, he goes looking for Vaughn, or so he tells everyone.
Alone.

A/N: I've always felt that Fenrys deserved a better ending. All of his friends had completed their journeys, found their mates, achieved everything they wanted. But he ended up alone, chained to a different queen, but still chained. So here's what I would have liked for him.
