The world as you know it has changed. The human race have evolved, and now we use a bigger part of our brain. Which gives us abilities, we all need to learn to control. It's a big part of our education, just like math.
But with big powers come big responsibilities.
The empire controls the whole world, and make sure nobody is a threat to them.
But what happens if you have bigger powers than everybody else?
The empire would get rit of you if they knew about you for sure.
