Akari (aka Ace) finds herself at the prestigious UA Highschool for heroes. Being the first in the family to do so doesn't come easy, and it isn't any easier with the quirks she holds. Everyone who knows of it warns her to keep them a secret. And not a lot of people know. Not yet, anyway. She has a mission far more important than being a Hero. Because without passing that, she'll never be a Hero in the eyes of others. But a certain senior seems to be making that very difficult for her.
Bakugo, hot-headed as ever, seems to have found a new target besides Midoriya (or Deku, as he is more commonly known). The new competition in school has left the class of 2-A buzzing. But a competition of what? Is it possible that Akari's more powerful than them all like the teachers whisper behind their backs? Midoriya isn't sure he feels relieved that he's finally getting a break from Bakugo's constant badgering...or is he denial of possibly being replaced?

This is a What If fanfic that takes place after season 3 of the anime, where with the help of Bakugo, Deku begins to train even harder then before to wield One for All fully, but wears himself down to the bone in the process. Soon though others notice this and start to look into Midoriya more and start to uncover the truth about One for All. As this is going on as well Uraraka decides to finally follow her heart and pursue Deku, not only because of her desires but because of how she wants to help him with his troubles.
