Shenju has never had much control of his own life and has had to navigate it by walking on eggshells due to never having been welcome in his family. Now he is forced to move to another country to marry his father's foreign business partner as a collateral. I was a little apprehensive about calling this fantasy or historical as this is no magic and dragons fantasy story, more realistic but whatever. About Shenju's name. It is pronounced Shen-yu and I suppose I could have written it as such but I liked the look of Shenju much better.
