There's black and white, there's color and there's gray. Timothy lived in a world of gray. The sky, the streets and the tenement block in which he lived. From the leaves on the trees to the clothes on the people, to the color of their faces, everything was gray.

Everything was gray except a magic box of light and color, the television. It told people what to say, what to do and what to think. It told them when to laugh and when to cry. It told them things were good and things used to be bad.

It told Timothy what he was worth and what he should feel. It told him who he was and who he should be. It was followed, worshipped and never questioned. Until one day when everything changed.

Dev, he saw the same dream every night, the same beautiful curly haired girl, looking at him with those pleading pair of eyes, but he could do nothing to save her from drowning. He tried to avoid this weird attraction towards an imaginary girl, tried to fight the growing pain inside him but what did he do when the girl from his dreams came into his life like a gust of wind? He settled to his instincts. Instincts that made him borderline obsessive. Rik, he learned to control the pain, the dream didn't bother him anymore the way it bothered his twin brother, at least that's what he told himself, that the suffocations are normal, that not finding peace at anything was normal, that painting the picture of her and keeping them secret was normal. He hated her for disturbing his peace of mind, until the day he saw her from the very front. And then he knew he will do anything to have her in his life. Teressa, being ignorant to everything, dived into a world that took her back to the darkest part of her life. A life that kept following her from the past, along with the twin brothers. The more she learnt the more pain she felt it. The growing emotion, that led her towards the truth. A curse that knew no bounds, started pulling them together without their knowledge. _________________________________________ UNDER MAJOR EDITING. ● PLEASE NOTE : The pictures/videos or songs, none of these belong to me. The book follows a protagonist whose mind begins to unravel as they are plagued by eerie occurrences that blur the line between reality and delusion. It begins with subtle shifts-a feeling of being watched, strange reflections, whispers at the edges of perception-but as the story unfolds, these sensations grow more intense and impossible to ignore. The protagonist starts questioning their own sanity, struggling to differentiate between what's real and what's in their head. Is someone-or something-watching them, or are they simply losing their grip on reality? As they spiral deeper into paranoia, the boundaries of their own identity begin to fracture, and they realize they may not be the only one in control of their mind. With each passing day, the tension grows, and the truth becomes harder to discern. The story keeps readers on edge, with unreliable narration and distorted imagery that makes them question everything. As the protagonist's mental state deteriorates, the lines between the observer and the observed blur, and the final revelation leaves the reader wondering if they're trapped in this madness alongside the character. A chilling psychological thriller, this book explores the nature of reality, self-awareness, and the terrifying idea that what you think you know may be nothing more than a reflection of something far darker.
