If you met ever met Al Squires, you'd never know that this eccentric, mercurial, irreverent, snarky, arrogant, occasionally accident prone, half-crazed (self proclaimed) genius son of a witch and mad scientist was a special secret agent. One that any agency would hire, at least.

But, then again, The Protectorate, the Multiversal multi-faceted organization that keeps the Balance between Order and Chaos throughout the Multiverse in check, isn't the kind of organization that you're used to. Here is the first in an exciting, philosophical, thought-provoking, mind-bending, and genre-blending series. 

In this story: After a successful bust in an interdimensional black market warehouse, Al accidentally releases a twentysomething young woman in a stasis pod. After being forced by his boss to take responsibility for her and protect her, he later learned that she appears to be just a Blando-Rando, a regular human being who isn't In the Know. Which, he hates, because 'Blando-Rondo babysitter' isn't one of his many (self-described) skills.

But, after seeing her very dormant powers awaken as they're both being chased by two different cults- one wants to sacrifice her, and the other wants to preserve her forever- Al learns that the biggest adventures can begin unexpectedly.

If you knew about Multiverse Theory, then you know that anything that CAN happen, WILL happen; if not in this universe, then in another. Well, in an Al Squires of the Protectorate story, anything CAN and WILL happen.All Rights Reserved

Later they spliced certain tree's DNA into Alfari thereby creating the Arboreals. Even in a fantasy there is oppression, racism, religious anamosity, political corruption, and corporate greed. In the Garden Realm the fantastic is everywhere, and sometimes it's hard to live but brutally easy to die. (Warning: This is an adult fantasy with graphic adult themes and scenes. But Aphmau assured her she got over it and even told her about Aaron being the Ultima which she find it fascinating and not scared. She swore to never speak about it because if anyone finds out about him he will get killed which she understands and won't let it happen. Y/N was also close with her other friends like Nana, Kim, Rylan, and that cute cinnamon roll Daniel and more. This is their happy life. Wishing nothing was going to end. Well that is until a shadow block the daylight when Aaron was exposed by someone along with the Lycan family. Their life has been torn but what's worse is a certain someone who returned from the dead coming back for revenge with an evil demon who is causing this. It is now up to Y/N and her friends to stop this. When Y/N meet Ein there was something that he is hiding or trapped his emotions and she is willing to help him convincing him to stop all of this and forget about the past. Once their eyes meet they suddenly felt a spark and a strong bond that Ein had never felt before.

After finishing a successful summoning, Alcor comes across a strange little store and decides to take a look inside. Once inside he ends up meeting a very particular woman. This day, this place, and this woman will end up becoming quite memorable to him. This is definitely a meeting he won't long forget. This is my fic for the Transcendence AU Ficathon of 2020! This fic is based off a prompt on the Transcendence AU Tumblr about Alcor meeting one of the Old Gods. In the prompt it was Earth Mother Gaia Alcor met, & that is who he meets in this fic. I wanted more TAU Gods stuff, so here we are. This is one of the 1st fics I have posted online. I have posted it on AO3 and some other place(s), which I also like. I may link those other places, or at least my AO3 here &/or on my profile some time in the future. Esp. since I want into more explaining and detail in those tags and notes over there that may be helpful while reading this fic. But it is also not needed. This fic can be read pretty much completely as a standalone thing. So it's just an option. If you prefer or just use WP, well I'm gonna be here too as well obviously. I also love reading on this site, like I do AO3, & now I'm gonna hopefully love posting here as well. Space-Time of Death: an Al Squires of the Protectorate Novel by ddubtyn

Call Al Squires many things: a special agent, a crime-fighter, a Magick-user, a mad scientist, a genius, a trickster, a philosopher, among others. Of course, you can also call him not-so-nice things: like 'pompous,' 'annoying,' and 'a lunatic'; but let's not dwell on the negative. However, in this second addition in the Al Squires of the Protectorate series, Al's adding a new name to the list: TIME TRAVELER! After Al and his new partner/trainee, Norah Navarro, have a 'chance' encounter with a mysterious witch on a foggy night, they're then called to their HQ for an emergency meeting along with the usual suspects. They then learned that their Division has been asked to help agents from Ouroboros, an ally organization in charge with time travel and anything Time-related, who are tasked to catch a time-traveling serial killer who has murdered four of their agents. It's strikes a definite cord when they find out that one of the victims is Sylvie Parish, the Division's Forensics expert/Ouroboros Liaison/ Al's frenemy. Of course, it doesn't strike as big a cord than it does with Sylvie, who was right there at the meeting, alive and well! So, in order to save Sylvie (and the other three) from being murdered, Al and Norah- along with their friends and fellow agents and a few Ouroboros agents- must travel back in time to prevent each murder from happening. However, there is one setback that may prove a hindrance to the mission: The emitter that Al wears that keeps his Lodestone side-affects in check has been sabotaged. That means he has to deal with all sorts of strangely horror-themed weirdness; including (but not limited to) Disco Zombies, Black Magick Hippies, and worse! And he and Norah can't tell anyone about it because the witch placed a spell on them that prevents them from telling anyone this. So, other than that, Sylvie's going to be fine...right?
