A small story that popped into my head. Slightly similar to the story I'm currently typing but....eh I duno.

You lived and travelled alone, well with your dragon. She was your best friend. You didn't need anyone else. Then a strange boy swoops in (literally) saving you. Who was he? Why was he so persistent? What does he see in you that you don't see in yourself?
He was warm and welcoming, you were cold and distant
fire melts ice, no matter how thick.

After HTTYD 3, Hiccup ends up at the mercy of Grimmel. Without the help of his friends, or his dragon, both who have no idea where he is, and things aren't looking good for him. Astrid and the riders are desperate to get their leader back, but will it be too late? (This is the REWRITTEN version of my old book, 'Hiccup's Mercy'. There WILL not be any added characters, except those who are warlords because I can't remember their names. I dislike my old version and find it too fast, so this is my version of it which hopefully will be better.)ConcluΓda

The darkness suffocates me. I can't see anything, and I don't remember anything either. I just remember falling. Falling. And now I'm here. An unbearable pain sprints up my right leg and I scream in agony before I start falling once again. Falling back into the darkness. ------------------------------------------------------------ Being chief, Hiccup Haddock rarely gets time to himself. So when the village allows him to take the day off, he happily agrees. He takes to the skies with his night fury, Toothless, meanwhile ignoring Astrid's warnings about the distant storm clouds, a mistake he will later regret.
