Sparks

Halyn, or Sparky as some like to call her, has known since a child that she was... different. But her individualism is what caused Halyn to have to hide from the government.

With her powers (that she is slowly learning to evolve and control), she could live in freedom for the rest of her life, that is unless she is caught. But then again, what else can you do when you have the ability to control electricity- other than cause destruction and make your phone charge faster?
