Those who were slaughtered were considered lucky to the resistance as the alternative was to be forcefully converted to radiants through a process only known by the highest of the radiants. The resistance was a group of humans (lead by commander brimstone) that fought back against the radiants but, unfortunately, they were snuffed out until all that remained was a small group consisting of 5 humans and a robot specifically made to combat the unnatural power of radiants. In an effort to stop the radiants plans of invading another dimension, this group attacked the portal site in hopes of shutting the gateway down. However... they failed. Among his fallen team, y/n glared at the leader of the radiants as he sat bleeding out in the dirt. "Look me in the eyes human.
