Eve Laria has won the Last Hunger Games, but she hasn't yet escaped them. The only people who get her are Cinna Everdeen and Caroline WiManka. And now she'll have to face something else: the Victory Tour.
Cinna Everdeen is still getting used to Tigerlily, his sister, not being around the house. Ever since he watched her in the Games, he can't get it out of his mind.
Caroline WiManka has been presumed dead for more than half of the Games, and the Capitol has just announced that Caroline will join Eve on the Victory Tour. It's a new challenge, but hey, there's a first time for everything, right?

We all know the story of the Mockingjay Rebellion. Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen volunteers for her twelve year old sister for this event called The Hunger Games where twenty four children fight to the death and only one comes out as victor. A boy named Peeta Mellark was reaped alongside her. These two come out of the games as "Starcrossed Lovers". This caused a few uprisings in some districts. President Snow doesn't want another rebellion so he sends Katniss and Peeta back into the games with other Victors from each district. This causes a whole other war and this time, the districts pull out on top. The Hunger Games are ended and Snow is executed and everyone is safe again. Yeah, let's fast foward about fifty years. But after Katniss and Peeta win the games and a spark is ignited among the districts and the victors are called back for another game. They knew nothing would ever be the same again.
