Being bit by a vampire isn't pleasant like they tell you. There's no euphoric feelings, no lust. You do not lose yourself in a trance, and you defiantly don't forget what it feels like. It is one of the worst pains ever to invade the human body. Worse thing is, you can't move, you can't scream. You can't do anything. That night as I was held against the wall feeling the blood being forcefully taken from my veins, all I could do was let the tears silently stream from my eyes as my immobilized body lay limp at the hands of a monster. I prayed to God that there was another way to live in this awful place.

Where am I? I wake up with no memory of the night before or how I got to this place. I don't even know what place this is. I hear the howl of a wolf and stagger to the window. What the hell? This isn't the city, just where the hell am I? The darkness closes in and I welcome the dark oblivion. Perhaps this is just a nightmare? Then I laugh to myself, I'd prefer the nightmare to my life. Perhaps this time I won't wake up?
