Super Lost

Off the west coast of Florida, in the mid to late 90's. Young adult, Kraig Morrell moves away from Miami with his live-in housekeeper and mostly absent father who's busy in his high paying job. Kraig's mother had recently mysteriously vanished, leading to her son's conflict with his father who disappeared, claiming he had been hellbent on looking for his wife while leaving his son in the State's juvenile mental health care facilities after a painful attempt to end his life, blaming himself for his mother's leave. In hopes to move on from their dark pasts, Kraig's father decided to move from their beloved home against the young teen's wish to stay with his best friend. Now the weekend before school, Kraig awakes the night of his 17th birthday with a present he'd never expected or from who.
Not only does Kraig now bear the burden of being a student in public high school, he now has been bestowed with a powerful ability that his deceitful father has attempted to withhold from him all these years against Kraig's mother's wishes for greatness. As the super teen becomes familiar with his new talents, he discovers dark secrets of his mother's past.
