An airborne cure was released to balance the human body so that everyone is 100% equal in every possible way. Turns out, Sarah is immune to the substance. She has to join a secret revolutionary group named "The Unstable" in order to overthrow the oppressive High Court.

The four main characters, being born into an apocalyptic version of Earth due to a new antagonist created by some nosy cherubs, come into this story already having a hard life. Defeating a galactic tyrant and ending an Alternian civil-war are just two of the many hardships these individuals would have to go through, along with internal conflict within their group due to obvious differences and many life-changes. (The world-building of this story is based on Homestuck, with the 20 original main characters only playing a small part.
