When he saw it he looked around to see if anyone was seemingly finding something or anything. After a few minutes he didn't spot anyone yet, so he decided to call the number. It rang and then someone answered, a girl voices, sounding worried and stressed, named Valencia. She asked him who he was, how he got her number. He tried to calm her down then answered the questions, then informed her that he has her cat, when she heard what he said her demeanor changed all of a sudden, she shierked with excitement, seemingly happy to hear the news. She told him where to meet her, when they met they instantly clicked, they exchanged numbers. And they developed something as they continued to communicate with each other with the girl's cat.
