Setting- This AU is of my own, it's about all the countries who live with there grandparents or royalty mostly. Here is an Intro of who is Russia and America is this AU.
Russia- His is the grandson of RE ( Russia Empire ) and he does all work when RE is away and he loves cooking. But in this story, he falls sick with an illness with no cure. (not canon for the sickness but the rest is all true XD)
America- he /she (depends of the gender of your own choosing) They are full of energy and they are a pather in crime with Russia. They are blind of love, and they find it hard to understand. Overall, they are nice and hate their father.
Plot:
Russia is in the hospital all sick and everything, he only has 1 day left to live before he sleeps and doesn't wake up. But he has one last chance to confess to America about his love before his time is up.

This is a Countryhumans story about Germany and Russia. Warning: This is a slow burn. Germany is an excited and hardworking person who miraculously was accepted to one of the most prestigious universities. His foster father urges him to go to a field that is in Germany's opinion, dull and boring, as he has his own opinion on what is interesting to him. As always, there are ups and downs, but he is giddy with freedom and doesn't let anyone faze him. He expects the year to be dull but needed for his life. Both of them don't expect to become friends, and avoid eye contact.
