Setting- This AU is of my own, it's about all the countries who live with there grandparents or royalty mostly. Here is an Intro of who is Russia and America is this AU.
Russia- His is the grandson of RE ( Russia Empire ) and he does all work when RE is away and he loves cooking. But in this story, he falls sick with an illness with no cure. (not canon for the sickness but the rest is all true XD)
America- he /she (depends of the gender of your own choosing) They are full of energy and they are a pather in crime with Russia. They are blind of love, and they find it hard to understand. Overall, they are nice and hate their father.
Plot:
Russia is in the hospital all sick and everything, he only has 1 day left to live before he sleeps and doesn't wake up. But he has one last chance to confess to America about his love before his time is up.

Russia's life changed forever when he was twelve. Not when he lost his mother or started puberty, but the night he was attacked by a man who wasn't entirely human. The aftermath left him with heightened senses, an insatiable thirst for blood, and fangs he never asked for. He hated the one who did this to him, who turned him into a fanged freak, but not as much as he hated himself. For five years, Russia has survived on blood bags, chocolate, and the occasional animal, all while suppressing his instincts and the monster lurking beneath. The fragile balance shatters when a new kid named America sits next to him in first period. America's scent is maddening, and his relentless attempts at friendship are even worse. When a young girl is found brutally murdered, her neck torn and her body drained of blood, America's family prepares for one last hunt. Meanwhile, Russia's family accuses him of the crime and exiles him, claiming he broke the one rule: Don't kill for blood. But Russia didn't do it. Forced to work together to clear his name, America and Russia find themselves tangled in a web of lies, hunger, and danger. How does Russia react when he learns his new friend is a vampire killer?
