The year is 2025. 23 year old Christine is a struggling university student. One year ago, she moved from her home country Denmark, to the big New York City, together with her best friend Jacob, hoping for a new and adventurous life. On the side of studying English, Christine is a regular trumpetist at a local jazz-club, and is also slowly beginning a career in stand up comedy. Her popularity rises immensely when she is asked to become an opening act for the one and only Pete Davidson's comedy show. She accepts the opportunity, and begins touring with Pete. Pete and Christine become friends, which leads her to meet and become friends with other comedians, most importantly, John Mulaney. Christine has been a big Mulaney fan for years, so it is completely surreal to her. John is happily married to his wife, Anna, but something about this young girl attracts him. One drunk mistake leads to another, and John and Christine and up having an affair. They are both really appealed to it, very deeply into it, and very attracted to each other. They know that it has to end at some point, but they can't seem to call it quits. It was the worst mistake Christine ever made. What happens if Anna founds out?

The blinding lights flashed at me, momentarily blocking my vision as I push my way past them. Loud music slipped in and out of my ear canal alongside the lyrics being screamed by a crowd of drunken celebrities, each face visibly recognizable. I didn't belong here truly, I was nothing but a mere imposter in this crowd, but I had no choice. The Exotic Flower held the one thing I truly crave for, the man behind the dream, Pete Davidson. The dream that one day, we'd live a normal life together at once. WARNING: violence, drugs, alcohol, murder, etc. <3
