Going through a bad band break-up just a few months away from The Battle of Ages, the biggest rock competition in the country, Sam Waters is miserable and just a step away from begging the first person who can play an instrument to be a part of his new band.
Unaware of her musical talent, Bianca Waters has always been the cheerleader- for her brother's band and the school football team. All of that changes when she meets Layla, an angry teen cliche who becomes her personal body guard against the affections of the male population of Middleton High.
Without meaning to, these three musicians just give the whole high school what they have been waiting for the whole year- drama, and a whole lot of it.
