" I love you Jane Vandergidsen," I laughed at his cheesy remark.
" You never fail to tell me you do, Andrei Collins." he groaned in frustration at this,
" That wasn't what you were supposed to say!" It took all of my willpower not to laugh at his childish antics,
" Oh really? what was I supposed to say?" I asked, feinging innocence.
" You were supposed to sa-- Are you playing with me Jane?!"
" Of course not! now what was I supposed to say again?" I told him, Once again pretending to be innocent.
" I give up!" tsk, looks like I pushed too much! now it's really my turn,
" Alright I'll say it," he lit up like a cristmas tree at me, and it reminded me once again he's worth it,
" I love you Drei,"
He flashed me a cheeky grin that showed his oh-so-cute dimples.
" Now we're gonna vow! I know you're gonna find this too cheesy, and you're probably not gonna do it but, this is the only thing I can hold onto when I leave tomorrow," he didn't have to mention that, he really didn't.
" I love you Jane, and it ruins me knowing I'm going to have to leave you, all I want you to know, it that even if we're countries apart, I'll still love you like I do now, possibly for the rest of eternity, I'm going to come back for you Jane, don't ever forget that." Lies.
" I love too Andrei, you know that, and all though we may not be able to be together on the future, you'll still be with me in my heart, and when you say you love me? those magical words enough make the wait worth it." He lying!
" I love you Jane," Lies! All Lies!

Briar Black is not a good person, which has never bothered him, or anyone in 2399, at all. Until the government releases something huge:
Planet B. A second chance. And all 10 billion people want it, but only 3 billion can go.
So, the 2632 Exam: a year long test to see who deserves that second chance, and who does not. Briar thinks his shot is out the window, but when Theodore Maize-AKA a saint, AKA a definite candidate for Planet B-enters, Briar has a plan:
Befriend Theo, get his spot, and say goodbye to his life on Earth for good.
The plan comes with more than just meeting Theo, but meeting his world, and where it collides with Briar's: the ruthless reality of the rich, the pitying reality of the poor, the state of his dying world, the time ticking on all their fates, the mind of a bad person, the heart of a good person, and the rocky roads everyone takes to get there.
One shot, one guy, one year, two planets.
How hard could it be?
