Godric does not meet the sun. He moves to Shreveport and tries to answer the mysteries of Bill Compton and what Sookie is. Along the way he gets distracted by Fangtasia's mysterious new waitress.
Aya didn't really want any of this. She's not prepared to raise her niece and nephew. She's not ready to leave her career as an archaeologist to settle down in Louisiana. When her brother mysteriously disappears she is left with no choice. In order to find her brother she is forced to seek help from Eric Northman and his maker, Godric.
