Ever since Ella was 10 and her dad had to kill someone, he would strap her to a chair and make her witness the whole thing. It's been going on for years that now she shows no emotions when watching it. And sometimes helps.
Until she gets in a fight in school and has to move to a new one and realises her life is so much more messed up than she realises and meets a boy called Anthony, a boy she would hate but be the solution to her problems.
