The story takes place on a ship in 1930. The hero of a detective story named Ralph Lewis. The ship goes from Egypt to England. Detective Ralph Lewis wants to return to England when his case in Egypt ends. He meets a doctor on ship. Together with the doctor, they start looking for a killer that infects people. Meanwhile, they meet two patients. While searching for the killer together, Ralph encounters questions he did not expect. The answers bring him the killer.
